"All in all good value for money. Room refreshed every day, breakfast fresh assorted and abundant making an excellent start to the day. The garden area was delightful with nooks and crannies for those looking for peace and quiet."

"Lovely vibrant hotel. My husband and I stayed here with our son (wheelchair user) for 1 night. The location is really good - there are a lot of things to do nearby, we stayed here before we started our stay at Disney. The room was lovely and spacious and the décor is very modern, there is a car park with electric charging facilities and can access the hotel. I would suggest that a postcode/location is given to the car park entrance as it was a little confusing with the one way roads, to get to the hotel car park. The only other frustration that we had was that in the morning, the lift is very busy - we were trying to get from our floor (2nd floor) to the ground floor for breakfast and to check out - but the lift was completely full as it's coming from higher floors. My son and I (he is in a wheelchair) waited whilst 4 lifts came to floor 2 all full and in the end we had to ask the guests to take the stairs so we could get in the lift. Although the hotel does say its accessible and does state that they do not have rooms on the ground floor, they should just have a way for any wheelchair users to take priority within the lift, so for example, the wheelchair user could be placed on the highest floor so that when they enter the lift they would be first - however in case of emergency this wouldn't be ideal. Or there could be another lift that can be used and only accessed with a certain key card? Staff were very friendly too :)"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality linen, towels and comfy pillows. Modern and stylish hotel. Breakfast was great value for money, a good variety of food, and great to be able to have a barista coffee included. We would not hesitate to stay again before or after a flight. Convenient to get to/from the station and airport on the shuttle train. It's not clearly explained in the hotel information, but the shuttle train lists the different airport hotels and which stop to access them from ( more explanation of this in the hotel information would have been helpful)."

"First there was No air condition the Bed was very low Sunk in the middle the furniture it was extremely wobbly night tables shabby carpet filthy no washcloths because they said people shine their shoes with them refrigerator in room doesn't keep things cold no bathrobes no slippers hair dryer didn't even work. The way the hallways and the rooms were laid out it was kind of set up like a penitentiary. Not a place I would stay at ever again Outright filthy"
