Great location

The apartments location is perfect. It is a little noisy at night, but that didn’t bother us. It wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. Overall a great stay!

Great Location!

We loved this loft!! The location is awesome, just a few blocks away from the Duomo and bell tower, as well as other sights. We loved the windows overlooking the street! The apartment is small like the pictures show, but the bed is very comfortable. They provide fans in the apartment as the loft can get a little warm.

We unfortunately had a horrible experience at this Vrbo. :( We found a cockroach in the apartment soon after we checked-in. We obviously were very freaked out. I contacted the contact, and was told someone would take care of it. “Taking care” of it apparently meant just dropping off a spray for us to kill it. We had it under a bowl, and told the contact that’s where the cockroach was. I reached out again, and explained we lost sleep over it, and to please come and take care of it. I never heard back. So unfortunately, we loved Florence, but had a very bad experience with this Vrbo.

Amazing location

We had a good experience at this property, and i loved the location. The only struggle we had was the fact that it didn't have air conditioning and Florence was incredibly hot when we were there. Good experience though.

The studio was an interesting stay to say the least. I couldn’t have imagined a better location in Florence to stay. You’ll be in walking distance of everything and right on a street that felt safe and lively. We had troubles getting into the apartment and finding it but realized early on that was user error. The apartment itself felt clean for the most part and was sufficient space for a 5 night stay, but couldn’t have imagined staying longer with 2 guests. That being said, the hosts were incredibly checked out. We had issues with the temperature being set on 79 and it was an incredibly hot end-of-May week in Florence. The thermostat could not be adjusted and after messaging our hosts about it, we were told to use the plug in fan provided. Once we told them that the fan did not do much in cooling the apartment down, we were completely ignored after every message we sent additionally. We did not receive a response until 4 days later when I asked for the check out procedure and we were given a short response back (without mentioning the previously ignored texts). My friend also believed to have left her ID there after check out (we are aware that is her fault) but after sending a quick thank you message including the question if it was possible to alert us if found, I was ignored and still haven’t received a response. The studio was sufficient if you did not intend to spend time during the day there, but the hosts were unhelpful in every aspect when we needed help.
