This was my favorite hotel from our 2 week vacation. The hotel was clean, comfortable and pretty decor. The front desk was helpful and friendly, and a less than a 10 min walk from many major sites, and about 15 min walk from the train station.

Beautiful location. People working there were extremely nice and helpful. Valet was made very easy. The room was amazing, very nice room layout and super clean. No complaints, highly recommend. Hope to stay here again soon!

A proprietária e super atenciosa e simpatica nota 10 o que nao gostei fou que quando fiz a reserva nao sabia que a recepção nao ficava no térreo, e que teria q subir tanta escada com malas, meu mRido e idoso e fica dificil...compensa pela localização excelente, limpeza, quarto grande e confortável

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. We made friends with many of the restaurant employees on the street. we could see the main palazzo from our window. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to return someday and stay, Sabine was helpful and very kind.

This is a beautiful old hotel in a nondescript building in the downtown area. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Walk out the door, onto the street and begin to explore Florence.

Beautiful rooms. Spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to all sights. We booked two nights through Expedia. Our only complaint is they made us switch rooms to accommodate other guest. Extremely inconvenient when you booked two nights , paid the same price both nights and are required to pack up all your belongings in the middle of your stay and move to a smaller room. We were told that’s what happens when you book through a second party website.

The property is beautiful. The location is ideal for everything you will want to do in Florence. The hotel owners went out of their way to find us a replacement room when we accidently showed up a day early. This a great example of the service we received at this hotel. This was the best hotel experience we had during our 3 week tour through Italy.

Awesome hotel in great area!
This was a great hotel stay for my wife and I during our tour of Italy. We had just come from a TINY room in Venice so this felt like a Trump tower suite. The room was very large, modern and comfortable. This room is very centrally located near the Neptune square, Uffize, Duomo etc. Tons of shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. The service was great and a very nice big bathroom which is unusual in Italy. My only small complaint was a lot of noise at night in the street outside. For some reason, a lot of drunk folks walking through pretty late.

They did not mention that you need to take some flights of stairs to get to the elevator, considering tourists have luggages when travelling especially when you’re travelling for 3 weeks ! The Japanese lady and old Italian guy were both very helpful. The area is very noisy especially at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless, well appointed, and full of Italian charm. The location of the property could not have been better. The only time we had to take a taxi was to and from the airport. We would not hesitate staying here again and would highly recommend.

OMG! Our room was fantastic. It spoiled us because we compared every hotel in Italy to this hotel and to this room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady that checked us in helped us with our very heavy luggage. She walked us to our room and explained everything to us. She said to me to make sure everything was to my liking in the bathroom. OMG!

The location was great. Although there is an elevator as advertised, there is one full flight of stairs to get to it. The air conditioning was not made available for use. They stated they do not use it until mid June. It was too warn in the room even with the window open all night. The shower is incredible.

There is a flight of 10 steps to arrive to the elevetor this is specified on our web site and all over it is possible.We have a very good sistem of air conditioning, but we Refuse to turn on when outside is 18 degrees!Thank you for the shower

We loved our stay here . The hotel was clean with old world charm . The staff friendly professional and very helpful . The hotel was very very quiet . The breakfast was ok - very basic but the silence while sitting in dining area gave a ‘church’ feeling - a little atmosphere music would have been lovely.
