The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. The room we had was spacious for my husband, daughter and myself. Having breakfast every morning was a relaxing way to start the day and nice to not have to worry about. Nothing but great things to say.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious room and bathroom and wonderful breakfast every morning on the balcony. Very walkable to all of Florence’s must see sites.
This family run BnB is perfect for visiting Florence. The location is centrally located and the room was very quiet although it was on the main street. The room was renovated and the AC worked well. The breakfast very nice as well. I highly recommend this BnB with not a single complaint…even being as picky as I am!
We had a lovely time at Boutique B&B Torre De' Conte, the location is great for visiting the city and surrounding areas. Federico and Francesca were perfect hosts, very friendly and accommodating. They solved any issues we had promptly. They also surprised my wife with a lovely gift, as it was her birthday during our trip. Air conditioning was also very good, given it was rather hot and humid during our stay.
Adorable B&B! Rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable. Delicious breakfast options. Our hosts, Frederico and Francesca were very welcoming as well as helpful. The location is prime to easily walk to all tourists attractions. Very close to train station.
Perfect, Helpful hosts, cleaned daily with in-room coffee in a nice sized, comfortable room with balcony. Our hosts helped point us in the right direction each morning as they are extremely familiar with Florence and know the immediately surrounding shops and vendors. They are in a perfect location to a wide variety of dining.
It was in the perfect location, right around the corner from the Duomo and an easy walk to the train station. It was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.
We loved our stay here in Florence. The rooms are so lovely and the people were wonderful. Amazing breakfast and toiletries on hand. The lift/elevator was a tight fit for our over packing, but that was our fault.
It’s close to everything and above Starbucks. I’ll definitely stay again.
Very close to the Duamo (5 mins walk). The only problem was the entrance vestibule and the truly awful lift which is a danger to mankind. Pity as once you get to the 2nd floor, and enter the B&B it was lovely. Our room was fabulous as was the bathroom, large, beautifully painted with ceiling painting as well so it is only the lift which lets it down.
The room we had was lovely. The breakfast was good. We were close enough to walk from the train/bus station. We were very close to the duomo and other things. I would stay again.
Federico and Francesca were the most amazing hosts! They allowed us to check in early and checkout late. They gave lots of recommendations and were very attentive. The shower in the room was wonderful. We would love to stay here again!
B&B, including breakfast. Perfect area for sightseeing.
However, quite a few stairs getting to hotel. There is a small elevator, but patience is needed to access elevator.
I would stay again, and recommend to others. I’ll just pack less.
This property is managed for a couple, Francesca and Federico. They were amazing hosts, organized, attentive and very nice people. They prepare everyday a delicious breakfast for thei guests and even give them different options to choose in advance. The rooms have no numbers but a names of Florentine ladies. The building is in a prime location, just steps away from the main atractions of Florence, which is a wonderful city and the crib of the Italian Renaissance. If one day I comeback to Florence, I will book in this place again.

Great, central location. Large room. Owners are present in the mornings to serve breakfast and perform check ins and check outs. Available by phone at other times for questions. Common area and elevator to access the property are ancient and let's say warehouse quality. Owners were kind, friendly and courteous, but limited staffing cannot provide a high level of service. Don't expect turn down service here or frequent housekeeping.
Francesca & Frederico have created a truly lovely B&B. If you like to be incredibly close to all the best that Florence has to offer yet beautifully cosy in a gorgeous Italian period property then this is for you. Take the 20min T2 tram from airport to Unita (the end of the line) for just €1.70 pp and walk about 5mins up the road toward the Duomo and it’s just on the LHS behind Starbucks. It’s beautiful. There’s a very tiny lift that takes you to the 2nd floor.
You can see and walk to the Duomo in about 2 mins, the Uffizi in about 15 and amble across the Ponte Vecchio for great sunsets and the Pitti Palace. I rate this property at least 7 stars out of 5.
We stayed in ‘Simonetta’ room. It was very generous size for 2 with tall ceilings, en suite, AC and great ceiling fan. We stayed 3 nights and popped back in afternoons post city exploration and pre dinner. We could’ve stayed a month. Thank you F&F for a great long weekend
Federico and Francesca are the best hosts ever. Room was clean and very comfortable. AC system struggles a little bit in the summer months, but the ceiling fan makes up for it. Breakfast was soooo good, with a nice view of the varanda. I’ll recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay at the heart of Firenze.
Definitely the place to stay for walking to all the sights, exceptional service and lovely rooms. Delicious Breakfasts and a lovely brochure created by the owners about Florence. They gave us a memorable stay
for our first visit to Florence.
