Location was good. Room was super clean and quiet and staff was friendly. My only downside would be that the guy asked me if I paid or not which I definitely paid before my stat on Expedia so I wasn’t sure if maybe he was hoping I wasn’t sure so he could charge me again but when I told him I already paid he didn’t push it so definitely could have been an honest question

I stayed 2 nights at the Tornabuoni Boutique and had a excellent experience. We got to Florence around 10:30am, and had to wait until 11am for office to open up. We were able to leave our luggage with the office before check in time of 2:30pm. The train station is only less than 5 min walk away from the hotel, 5 min walk away from the Dome. Florence is not big city so everything is within 15-20 walk. The location of this hotel is excellent, it was safe, clean, roomy. I had the room with a queen, twin, sofa bed and it was comfortable for 5 of us. There was a living room/dining room outside of our room which we can use too.
