"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. "This property is run by a new owner and he is quite helpful and cooperative. I wanted a blanket on the bed as opposed to a comforter and he provided it. He had suggestions about eating places and helped us find a large vehicle to take us to the airport (large quantity of luggage). He was receptive to some ideas for improving the rooms as well. "The staff was friendly, but the room left a lot of be desired. There was mildew on the ceiling. The TV had no signal. There were cobwebs on the ceiling as well. It was not a great and we would never book another stay. Nothing like the pictures they have online"

"The airport shuttle (8EUR pp) was really useful as the taxi queue was crazy & Uber drivers kept cancelling. Decent gym facilities, didn’t get time to try the pool or breakfast (it finishes at 10am). We just spent 7 days together on a cruise in a shoebox of a room yet were not allowed to share a room here. They forced me to get another room at $300 Euros! They wouldnt even work on the price with me. TOtally unacceptable and I felt robbed!"

"Our stay at the Napoleon Hotel was fantastic. If you’re expecting a 5-star hotel, dont stay here. The rooms are pretty small, it has a slightly rundown feeling but we were very well taken care of. Front desk staff were very nice and the rooms were well cleaned each day. For a budget stay, the amenities were great including a balcony and roof access. My only real complaint is less about the hotel and more about the location. The good thing about the location is that the metro entrance is directly in front of the hotel. The complaint is that at times, especially at night, the area feels a little unsafe. Overall, if this hotel fits in your budget stay, I would highly suggest it as a place to stay for your visit in Rome."
