Advertised as “superior” but fell way short of comparable cabins we stayed in Alice Springs & Longreach. Overpriced at $314 per night for what was a bog standard 2 bed cabin.

Best part was leaving. The unit was filthy, so was the elec frying pan and no dishwashing liq. The walls were a patchwork quilt and some paint had been poorly applied. Tiles left half cut, walls patched and not finished. The bathroom exhaust fan had not seen water in months. At $170/night it was appalling

We always aim to provide an awesome holiday destination and apologise profusely that this wasn’t the case for you. We have spoken to the management team and can confirm a pre-arrival inspection was performed and everything was cleaned to the highest of standards, but we understand some elements of the cabin do need some TLC. Poor old cabin
The newer cabins are ok as I have stayed in these before. The older cabins are poor. Screen door would not slide. Shower floor sounds like its about to brake. Air conditioner on top of bed so you can use it because its too blowy. Old flat pillows and thin blankets. Should be 1/3 the price.

Loved the cabin we got. It was new. Had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed my wine in the small front deck with a nice breeze. Great place to stay

Our room felt dirty and unclean. I sat at the table to do covid paperwork and I felt the dust on it. The room aircon didn’t cool the room well enough and was struggling most of the time. Not to mention the aircon was making crackling sounds all night to the point we couldn’t sleep we ended up leaving at 2am because our stay wasn’t comfortable.

Cabins or vans. Great place.
This is a great park which has cabins, caravan sites etc. just out of town and near the highway we thought it might be noisy but no. It seems the trucks stop after about 9pm. The cabin was clean and well equipped. Nice quiet air conditioner. It has a laundry and clothes line which is great. The staff were wonderful. So happy and helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy.

A very quiet caravan park. Only issue would be the small A/C in the cabin. It wasn’t big enough to keep the room cool. We were fortunate that a rain storm hit and cooled the town down.

First of all the park was very easy to locate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the cabin was clean and presented really well. I especially liked that the air-conditioning had been switched on and it was really cool inside.

Villa’s are old and need a refurbish. Floor boards separating, Curtains don’t match, door handle on sliding door broken easily to cut ones hand on, especially if a child. Shower needs to be re sealed, dirty colored. Marks on walls, tv remote not working properly. Need to keep slapping remote to get it to work. Bed was comfy.

The property was fine but upon asking for a refund for 1 night out of the 3 I’d booked in for due to me having a medical reason to leave and being told nope no refund can be given. So they got my money plus someone’s else’s money the same night no doubt as we had to leave early. Obviously people have no heart anymore. It’s all about the money these days! Won’t be back

Property layout was great. We had a cabin that slept 4 and it was compact but suited out needs. Our 1st night there the air con wasn't working well but a quick chat to Angie in the office, and Anthony came and fixed it for us - cooled us down wonderfully. The pool and laundry facilities were great and just what we needed on holidays. The cabin we stayed in is due for an upgrade and the new upgrades are awesome :)

Old cabins are great!
Checked in and was given a newly refurbished cabin, which was all good except for the overpowering smell of paint which caused an allergic reaction in me, thankfully we were able to be moved into another cabin, but was told that the cabin we were originally in was refurbished a long time ago and the new one wasn't refurbished. Sorry an older cabin is much better than almost having to go to hospital.

Check in was good they had a power outage and there for could not find our booking the lady was very good I had the booking on my phone she found a a little cottage the property needs a tidy up they appear to be doi ng a refurb would stay again
