"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"

"All you need for the quick stay in Florence. We were gone from dusk to dawn so we really only slept there. Although I have to say the neighbors in the building are very noisy and active all night long which impacted our sleeping. Other than that you cannot beat location."
