"I had never stayed at The Social Hub before, but after this visit, I will be looking for more Social Hub hotels to use! The rooftop setting was very nice to see the city and enjoy the weather without ever leaving the hotel. Also, there is a public transit stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller. "

"Hostel Plus was a great place to stay for our two nights in Florence. The staff were extremely helpful at both check-in and check-out, the facilities were excellent, and the room was comfortable—with a big bed that was perfect after long days of walking. The only downside was the location. The streets were quite noisy, and while everything was technically walkable, it did mean longer walks than expected. Overall, I would still highly recommend staying here."

"This was our second stay at Maria Novella and we love it there but while we were there there was a soccer game in town, Florence against a team from London. We had a suite overlooking the piazza and for two nights until about midnight the fans from the London team were at the bar two floors down yelling and doing their soccer chants, for hours!! I have never experienced anything like that, there were many police in the area but they didn’t shut them down. Of course we complained along with others but the hotel really couldn’t do anything. I’m not trashing the hotel but you better hope there isn’t a match scheduled while you’re there. The manager actually gave us a bottle of wine and some biscotti, very nice thing to do. Again, the hotel is wonderful."

"The staff was very helpful during problems with air travel,especially Gabriel...The hotel restaurant was wonderful..The area is very busy being so close to the train station(but convenient in that regard) but also within 2 blocks of great restaurants,the outdoor market and Santa Maria Novella(dont miss that!!)"

"I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!"
