Heating not very efficient. Air not very fresh upon arrival. Very steep stairs to get to the apartment. For the rest it was fine. Very good position.

Property was very clean and big enough for 3 to 4 persons. Location is great. You can walk almost anywhere needed for a tourist. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean and modern apartment, however the stairs to the apartment were steep and the light in the hallways didn't work at night which is dangerous. Communications with the host were great, they came with sheets for the sofa bed which was really appreciated. Overall good stay, but the surrounding building could do with some work

Host is nice, overall condition is not bad, but there are equipment missing such as no microwave and coffee machine without capsules. Streets around are dirty and stinky .

The property is really nice. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the property if you are traveling with elder people you better look for other options. The chair in the kitchen is broken and the floor all over the property and under the beds was really dirty full of balls of dust and hair.

Apartamento en un Segundo piso SIN ASCENSOR con unas Escaleras muy muy muy empinadas Y EN MUY MAL ESTADO donde és muy complicado acceder con una maleta, en el anuncio de hoteles.com no está especificado gran decepción. NO ACONSEJO

Nicht unbeding zu empfehlen

Das Treppenhaus ist schmutzig und in schlechtem Zustand. Ganz steile Treppen - schlicht gefährlich, speziell mit Gepäck. Die Inneneinrichtung ist mit billigen chinesischen Bauelementen bestückt: Wasserhähne sind lose, Toilettendeckel sind lose, Duschkopf ist so groß daß das Wasser aus der Kabine rausläuft. Kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Meiner Tochter ist der Schiebetürmetalldeckel auf die Hand gefallen. Ergebniß: Blaue Flecken und geschwollene Finger. Ansonsten: Betten sind gut ebenso wie die Lage. Parkplatz in der Nähe für EUR 31.- pro Nacht... Alles in allem: nicht umbedingt zu empfehlen
