"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt."

"We stayed at this charming apartment on our way up to Tuscany after our transatlantic flight. There was plenty of space for our three younger children (one a baby; crib provided). We were able to enjoy the sea, eat amazing pizza in town, and rest. Alessandra went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcomed and comfortable. "Can't recommend a stay here more highly! The hotel, in a fortress, is utterly amazing. Staff goes above and beyond and breakfast was wonderful. Definitely do the Etruscan hollow caves night excursion. Our guide was Erica and she was excellent. "
