The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Parking Fee of $50 Canadian per night.. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for parking at a Hotel that I’m staying at. "

"I have got an upgrade to the 29th floor with the most perfect view of the Niagara Falls. The staffs are very friendly especially Monica. Only the day when I checked in the beds are not really nice made up. It loks like the housekeeping made the beds in a rush. Breakfasts are very nice. The location is very central. I would highly recommend this hotel."
