"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately it was oy for one night as we were just using it as a stopover as we were getting in on a late flight. I think we will go back to Lucca for another visit as it was lovely - and if we do we will stay here again. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and nice, the location was great - and the breakfast was also really good."
