We were extremely happy with the hotel and everything included ! Everyone was very nice and the rooms are incredibly big and beautifully decorated. Best place to stay in Lucca in our opinion. Outstanding overall

Opulence and Luxury

We loved Santori N15. Excellent location easily walkable with rolling cases from the station. Beautiful inside - just stunning. We had the Puccini room and very grand it was too. Caterina could not have been more helpful, sorting luggage, breakfast in our room and restaurant bookings. This is such a lovely place to stay and close to all the main attractions! Tourist information in the square near the station hires electric scooters to whizz around the city walls! Do consider staying here for opulence, beauty and a real sense of luxury.

Ho soggiornato nella camera Bohème, bellissima! Sembrava di essere in un castello del 1400 ma con tutte le comodità moderne. Ottima accoglienza e colazione. L'albergo è situato in posizione centrale, all'interno delle mura di Lucca, quindi ideale per chi voglia visitare la città. Se proprio devo trovare un appunto...in quella camera, il wifi funzionava con molta difficoltà, nel resto dell'albergo invece nessun problema. Comodo anche se si vuole uscire la sera: viene lasciato il codice di accesso, così si è pienamente autonomi. Assolutamente consigliato!

Highly recommend this beautiful history boutique hotel for your stay in wonderful Lucca. it is very small and personalized service. Common areas and our room were very uniquely designed, furnished and decorated. All features are historic but modern. The location is perfectly centered for exploring Lucca. The only downside is that if you are driving there is not parking nearby and it is somewhat hard to get to the hotel and load and unload your vehicle. We decided on departure to just take a cab to the parking garage rather than drive the car to load up at the hotel.

Zimmer gigantisch groß, vor allem hoch. Früherer Check-in kein Problem. Im Haus absolut ruhig, lediglich Geräusche von der Straße früh morgens (Straßenreinigung).

Look at Lucca

It was a last night stop over prior to flight home . The hotel staff were efficient at check in. Our bags were put in our room before we we returned as we had checked in before 1 pm Lucca was a delight

Very nice hotel.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It is well decorated, the rooms are plenty large and public areas are nice. The breakfast was well done, although a shade towards continental. Our only complaint was that the air condition system had not been turned on for the summer (and it needed to be). We were forced to open our windows which both let flies in and exposed us to the next door neighbors having a late night drinking session.

Tastefully furnished boutique hotel.

We received a warm welcome and recommendations regarding sights, activities and restaurants in Lucca. The hotel was well appointed and beautifully furnished. Due to its size, the hotel felt exclusive and was very peaceful. It was well-located within Lucca's walls and within easy walking distance of all sights and amenities, including the railway station. We would love to return to this beautiful hotel!
