"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Property was advertised with air conditioning but air conditioner in bedroom was non functional. Air conditioner in kitchen was so old that the display was burned out and it only cooled room a few degrees. Property manager was aware and declined fixing despite the apartment being 28C. Water pressure was very poor and could barely rinse hair in shower. Do not recommend due."
