"Feedback for owner. First impression: Left light on front pillar crooked. Smudge marks on glass. Dirt on side of building. 2nd impression: Walked in smelt like foul odor of gas. Front desk manager did not smile or seem happy or pleasant. Very straightforward just did his job. No conversation, no welcome feeling just sign in and here's your keys. The room smelt horrible #107 like dog pee and the first thing we saw was fingerprints all over the countertop. Hair was in the bathroom sink and counters from previous guest. The jets in the hot tub are absolutely disgusiting as in they have not been cleaned which is unsanitary. I would give the room an F for cleanliness and presentation. I would give customer service a C- for barely satisfactory and the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance is C-. If a little paint and cleaning was incorporated in this property and the carpets were thoroughly deodarized and steamcleaned along with proper cleaning this hotel has potential and could be a decent place to stay but until that happens we will not select this hotel. Front desk staff need to be welcoming to guests and pleasant that's hotel training #1 for retaining guests. Good luck management."
