I enjoyed the stay, however I was there for two days and tried the casino both days, no payout whatsoever! I probably won't play the machines on my next stay. Oh and I definitely enjoyed the live performers.

When we arrived at the resort there extensive lines to check in and not enough staff to assist with the amount of people waiting to check in. The room I booked was not available for some reason, so they gave me a supposedly upgrade but it had two queen beds which I did not ask for or need and there was nothing else available per there staff. I booked a king since it was myself and my partner. The cleaning staff would show up at odd times to clean the room if at all. They did give me a one night credit for resort fees but that really doesn’t justify not getting what you reserved and paid for. They should have comped all the resort fees and been more understanding of the situation. They are completely understaffed and need more help in all aspects for hospitality.
