"Cleaning was not up to par. For example garbage was not even removed"

"Upon checking in our first room at 2 AM the room was terrible and it smelled like cigarette. It did not look fresh. It did not clean. I went back to the front desk. They gave me another room that was in much better shape. I was there for all of one night in two days and the handle to the toilet broke. They were kind enough to give me another room as I was staying for two more nights checking in the third room the paint on the tub was peeling and some furniture and amenities inside the room. We’re missing the stuff management during my stay so I had to stay in the room and I cannot get a refund. They refuse a refund prior to that I had booked this hotel and my flight was canceled. The hotel refused to give me a refund so if you decide to book this hotel, be sure to show up or you will not get your money back. I will not be staying again."

"I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great time. Clean room and new amenities."

"Bathroom and bedsheets were clean in the second room following a room change request. Air conditioning and air quality were poor. Could smell cigarette and weed smoke through the vents and hallway. Could also hear hallway conversations and noises. Parking is limited. First come first serve. Staff was kind and responsive to my concerns and requests."

"On checking in I was told to pay an extra $40! There was no prior notice of this! If it had not been so late I would have asked for all my money back that is almost another 30% extra! "

"Staff were so helpful and the valet was amazing! Breakfast was exceptional. The room was fairly clean however did have some stains on the cushions (couch). Overall great stay and I would return."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rook was spacious with a king bed, sofa, desk and closet space. The afternoon staff the day we checked in was very professional, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel. The location was convenient for us, but this is not really the kind of place if you want to walk out the front door and walk to restaurants and the town center. However, it is a short drive to the very energetic town center and the train station. We chose this location instead of paying double in NYC. It was very convenient to park and take the train into the city from the Tarrytown station."
