for the holidays. Place was nice enough. At check in we were informed we were being charged more money as a security basically and it would be refunded after our trip. We still have not received so I called. The lady was incredibly rude, did not ask our name or room number. She said we damaged the whole room and were charged. The room was immaculate when we left! I asked for photos and she hung up on me. I truly hope people see this and stay away! If she would have...
