"It was a nice hotel wish there was an elevator, but the front desk staff is wonderful. The pool was great. The people were kind. They held our bags while we explored the day we left overall it was a good experience."

"This was the absolute loudest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The HVAC unit sounded like a dump truck driving thru a nitroglycerin factory. I have never heard an A/C unit that loud, and it never, ever stopped making noise. But wait, it gets even better, because the ice machine down the hallway sounded like a space shuttle taking off. Just unreal. And the shower - there was literally zero water pressure. At all. The water just sort of fell out of the shower head and that's all you got. The location is semi-convenient for walking to Disneyland, but wow this place was a dump. 0/10, never again. "
