Holiday Homes in East Side

"Do not book this place. For starters, the host gave us the wrong address. Then, the host gave us the wrong code for the lock box, and ended up finding the key was literally lying on the ground outside in the dirt. The apartment itself was disgusting and clearly not prepared for guests.See pics. After the guests before us left, the cleaning crew never came by to clean. There were no sheets on the bed, dirty sheets left in the washer, dirty dishes piled in the sink, bags of garbage by the front door,...

"Had a great stay communication with the host was perfect. Will definitely go back. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but the house is very clean and nice close to a lot of great restaurants."

"Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. "

"The size of the house is good for a family of 6-8! It's spacey."

"Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links."

"The listing has been updated due to our pointing out that it wasn't accurate. So the only point out those things that have nothing to do with the issues that it was listed to be more than what it ended up being. This property really isn't worthy of being on vrbo. We'll just say this, it felt like we we're back in our cheap, rundown college apartment days. The rugs walls and comforters were stained and in some places crunchy. The beds were highly uncomfortable - One had deep divots were on...

"Best place to stay on the way to the cruise port"

"The location is as advertised. It is conveniently located across the bridge in NJ. 20 min Uber ride to NYC. It is newly renovated. If you are elderly or problem with steps, I would suggest you check out the pics. The steps are steep. Overall, great place, and responsive management. "

"It was a wonderful stay!!! The only issue we had with getting into the house but the owner was very helpful would absolutely stay again"

"We loved this property. It’s large, clean and the best hosts! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!"

"The place was magnificent. Well located, clean, well appointed. Just one word of caution for older people or people with heavy bags: navigating the stairs was challenging."

"Great location"

"Great host, very helpful."

"This place was perfect for our family trip to the Jersey City area. The host was very accommodating and responsive, the house was as advertised, very clean and roomy, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in the NJ or NYC area!"

"Farida was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay when we visited NY."

"Just what we needed for our family trip to NYC!"

"Beautiful home. Can’t beat the view and the location. The home accommodated my family well and the host responded in a reasonable time frame. Although the parking was an experience in itself, some essentials were in walking distance. I would stay again and bring my family again. "

"House was very spacious. Off street parking in garage was so helpful. Very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries."

"Great location to walk to PATH. The parking space is very valuable to us."
