    When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe.

    Great location. Communication was great. The floor ac unit, which was not in the pictures, created an obstacle getting to the other side of the bed.

    There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! The penthouse was quiet and better the night we had no neighbors. A beautiful old hotel updated with a cozy bed and clean newer bathroom.

    Das Zimmer war sauber u zweckmäßig u gut eingerichtet. Kapselkaffeemaschine u Kühlschrank u Bügelbrett, alles da. Klimaanlage gut. Badarmaturen waren recht alt. Das ist bestimmt verbesserungswürdig, aber you get what you pay. Alles stimmte mit Preis u Angebot überein. Die angebotenen Dienstleistungen wie Gepäckunterbringung vor u nach Anreise waren komplikationslos u das Personal super nett u hilfsbereit.
