Apartments in East Side

"The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!"

"Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again."

"This was the perfect size for us. The location was excellent for all of our activities!! Loved the neighborhood."

"Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful ."

"The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back."

"The aesthetic of the room is very nice. Super nice area around as well"

"Excellent"

"One of the best rentals I’ve had in NYC. Clean convenient and great communication!"

"Host was very communicative and accommodating. Great location for east village stay. "

"Just the right size and spot for an overnight stay near the busyness of midtown Manhattan. Great amenities, quiet, and wonderful communications. I’d stay again. "

"Hi, stayed in a different part of New York. Enjoyed the spot, very roomy and comfortable. Easy transportation options, good coffee shops nearby. Communication was also great, responded in a timely manner. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Great place. Great communication!"

"Everything was great"

"Our stay was comfortable and the location was great. "

"This was a complete scam. The pictures shown on the listing are NOT what you get when you arrive. To start, the key was hidden in a flower bed, and hard to find. Then when I finally entered the building it was NOT the unit I rented. It was advertised as a two bedroom and it’s a studio, with NO AC, the bathroom is disgusting, the host will not respond when you reach out notifying them this is not the correct unit you purchase."

"Great location"

"Ben and Jessica were great to deal with. Unfortunately a loud stomper was above us and insisted on loud volumes. Aside from that the stay was lovely. So close to the subway, cozy room, comfy bed. Very pleasant stay"
