The apartment was a peaceful place to return to after a day of walking in the city. We felt safe. Close to transportation, Central Park and good food. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! I was there for the NYC Marathon and the place was perfect. Gertrude was a easily contacted and responsive to everything we had questions about. The place was clean and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great Property

This was a perfect stay. Plenty of room, great location, and our host was very accommodating. They did a great job communicating and being responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better time. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Gertrude was a magical, highly responsive host who bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The condo is pristine, quiet, and the beds and couch are heavenly. Thank you, Gertrude!

Place is exactly as described. Clean, owner very responsive, all you need in a home away from home is there. It is a bit far for subway system. Not to much around close by for restaurants or bars etc. I would recommend for younger couples who are able to get around by foot, taxis, bus.

The host was very responsive and kind, and the place itself was nice and neat.There was a sudden dramatic weather change, and although the main heater didn’t work, the host reacted very quickly and brought us strong, nice portable heaters.The only problem was the location— it’s not actually on Park ave. as stated in the description.

Property is as pictured. Very nice modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough linens. It is in walking distance of the Met and many restaurants and grocery. The building is safe with friendly neighbors and a nice workout room in the building next door.

My complain is more to VRBO managing listing: approximate location indicated on map is not close to the actual one. Although it is still safe but it is much further from Central Park than i anticipated. If you are fine with ‘Ubering’ everywhere, go for. The apartment itself is well stuffed, clean and very accommodating owner/manger gets back immediately.
