"I like the old style size of rooms and hallways at Penn. The rooms are larger than most affordable hotels so you have space to move around. Bed was very comfortable. "Front desk staff was very helpful especially after our flight got cancelled at 1am and we had to book a last minute hotel. Value for the hotel is good. Bell man Joseph was very nice and helpful in getting a taxi into the city.
