The entire staff was very nice and helpful making all things easy for us with our 3 kids. They have a seating or waiting area which was very comfy and spacious. The room exceeded my expectations when it came to the size and having the separate bedroom was amazing. The kitchen was awesome since we had a full size refrigerator and a small market on the corner to buy any groceries. I love that the location is close to many things and Central Park is walking distance with kids.

One of the only places we could get a large enough room for the group. It was a large, clean space. Concierge was helpful with getting additional towels and blankets for the couch bed. The couch bed was not the most comfortable but it got the job done.

Great location on the Upper East Side and convenient for exploring Manhattan. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the ongoing construction nearby was a major downside, with significant noise early in the morning and late into the night throughout our stay 6am to 2pm). Overall, a decent hotel, but the construction really impacted the experience.

I think it is a wonderful hotel for long stay or family vacations. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Location location and convenient to food stores and other amenities to support your needs. We loved having a kitchen to prepare our own quick breakfasts and even dinner on nights we were all tired from trekking around NYC. The corner mini grocery store “Dumb” has all you could need to eat right up to great prepared meals to go!
