"Room was lovely and the staff super attentive on check in even though there was a lost booking between them and Expedia. Marco Pierre White staff were lovely and sang happy birthday for our friend with a brownie and cake which was a nice touch. The spa pool area has no indoor relaxation beds which was a shame but the treatment with Becky made up for it-fab massage! Staff in the Spa and lounge there equally lovely. Only a couple of things...corridors in the hotel smelt a bit fousty and better...
