"We stayed in a suite which was lovely and had lots of windows. The bed was very firm, as was the pullout couch. The air conditioning was unable to keep the room cool when the sun was up, so we woke early to a very warm suite. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I'd stay again but ask for the shady side. "

"Fantastic accommodation, very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, laundry in the unit and ample closet space. The suite had a bedroom with separate living area and a great city view from the dining area and bedroom. Everything worked in the unit and had no issues with staff or the space itself. The main problem which was definitely inconvenient was 1 of the 2 elevators were broken so at least twice we had to wait nearly 10 min for an elevator (had a stroller so not willing to climb 20...

"We just stayed for one night to attend a concert at Roger’s Arena and it was a perfect location within close walking distance. Of course being in the heart of downtown Vancouver there is lots of restaurant options. The IGA grocery store is a couple blocks away so we took advantage of the kitchenette to make our own breakfast to save $. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again!"

"Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0"
