Just away from the very busiest parts of the city, but within 2-3 minutes walk of two water bus stops (including one on the Grand Canal) and within easy walking distance of much of the city anyway. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. We had a slightly larger than standard room which was lovely - spotlessly clean, very nice bathroom / shower, comfy bed.
