This is an excellent boutique hotel. The staff provided an amazing service, they went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the room was so beautiful that you want to stay in. The location was walkable and a nice quiet area.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, absolutely spotless, decor is upscale and beautiful. Staff is amazing from reception to breakfast room, Matteo and Marta so welcoming and helpful, highly recommend a stay here! Take the vaporetto or ferry from airport to san biasio then a short walk is best way to get here.

The staff at Santa Croce are exceptional. They are eager to help and are very knowledgeable of the city. The location is easily accessible from the train station but still quiet and peaceful. Easy walking access to all the major sights makes this a great location for a stay in Venice.

This is an awesome hotel! The staff is friendly, the room is up to date and clean, and the breakfast food and service were great. Plus the location is perfect. It’s close to the train and bus station but also far enough away from St. Mark’s Square to get away from the crowds.

Great hotel, but room was very small. No stopper for the bathroom sink, so we were unable to wash out any clothes. Great, quiet, off the beaten path neighborhood. We loved going to the square in the evenings where all the locals gather & the children play. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Service in the hotel was excellent.

Amazing hotel, welcoming staff.

Hotel staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was high quality and made with fresh ingredients. Room was excellent and very clean with a large comfortable bed. Hotel wasnt too far away from the main attractions. 15 minutes walk maximum. Overall, a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again!

We especially like the customer service of the front desk, Marta. They offered us coffee and tea when we arrived as we waited for our rooms to be ready and they checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready. This was appreciated as we were exhausted after our long journey to get there. We loved the quietness the property provided and the lovely courtyard. We were disappointed that the bar was closed but sat just outside the hotel at the restaurant for a glass of wine.

Stunning hotel with amazing staff. Superb location as it puts you in the heart of real Venice. Make sure you walk to the major touristy spots from here, as you get to see so much more. Close to the vaporetto and main terminal. A real gem of a place.

Its really a nice chic little hotel,16 rooms situated in quiet place. The service was excellent with suggestions of restaurants,shopping place what to visit. The room very clean .I recommand this hotel.I will return for sure.

Short walk from train station. Property still quite new inside out, tastefully decorated thru' out. Staff are friendly & helpful. Clean & quiet however eat and shop are easily accessible. The only thing is breakfast should start earlier; nevertheless it's very nice. An excellent stay !
