"Need a better system for check in. I was not sent any information and had to phone the property to get codes. They did answer but arriving late at night as a lone female i felt unsafe. it should be made clearer what the system is before you book. Building itself is nice and my room was nice if a little dated. I personally didn’t like the set up. No luggage storage or anyone on site in case of issues."

"The owner of the B&B greeted us warmly at the door, showed us to our room, which was nice, clean and comfortable. She let us know what amenities were available to us, and showed us where they were. Breakfast was excellent, and the full Irish experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone staying in the Dublin area."

"Safe and comfortable property and surroundings. A market (Donnybrook Fair) was less than a block away. It was approximately a 25 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green/Dublin City Centre. The only issue I had with this property was the very thin walls (the building is very old) and I was able to hear conversations, washroom business, etc and the people in the next suite were not loud, ie: not shouting at all. Definitely bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The front desk kindly provided...

"There is a lot of good and... not bad, but not so good... with this hotel. When we arrived the cab driver said it was not in the best neighborhood, and it didn't look the best. However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. There is a 24-hour prior check in with the hotel required, and they will text you with the code to get into the hotel and room. "We (a family of four with children age 8 and 10) had a great stay. It was convenient to access by transit from the airport. It was very centrally located to lots of sights and amenities. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again. "
