Very clean, staff was very nice.. good walk to the main temple bar area but made it very quiet at night. Other than all the stairs to climb.. (we had a top room with personal bathroom).. but it was very pleasant place to stay.

The room is in an ideal location off Gardiner St. and near Mountjoy Square. It is very nice and I have stayed there at least twice before and will always check if it is available when staying in Dublin, since the price is very good too.

For the price a great little b&b. Only a few minutes walk from several pubs and 10 minutes from downtown Dublin. The rooms are small but clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Only shared a bathroom with one other room which was great.

The facility is small but really cute and cozy. My room was not that big but had all the basics conforties. From the window you can admire small corners of the surrounding area with warm colors. The hotel seems a small fairy-tale reality in the middle of the city, with a helpful and very kind staff. It is not a 5 star hotel but has an added value and I would love to return.

This was a great option for Dublin. Easy 15 minute walk to the downtown. No breakfast - I think you buy that at a nearby eatery, so label as “Bed and Breakfast” isn’t exactly what you think. Excellent location for getting from and to airport on bus. A very quiet room. Small, but worked well. Shared bathroom was spotless.
