"Good location; right opposite the beach. Room could do with a refurb; decor slightly dated and silicone peeling off in shower. Location dictates lively atmosphere with various bars downstairs. Highly recommend new restaurant, Tiger Fish, that has opened. "

Lift had not being working for some time no warning was given. the second entry point up the stairs through the back were no lights in the back courtyard. had to go to a hotel for the night and yes eventually was refunded my stay for one night, though I had to chase from my end several times as they would not respond to my emails or phone calls.Had said would send a...

"Great apartment and great communication for check in. Very clean with all the amenities needed for cooking or washing. Easily walkable from either Grant St or Swanmore train stations meaning very easy to get to either Perth Centre, Cottesloe or Fremantle by train. But there is also off street parking if you have a car. "

"Overall the stay was good. Kitchen is not too well stocked if guests are into cooking. Being on of the lowest floors and due to age of building, mould might be an issue for those guests who have problems with it.Wardrobe doors do not operate properly."
