Helene was an excellent host and offered to arrange a number of in-home experiences including a private meal cooked by a local chef, massages, horseback rides, etc. The pool was lovely and we found our stay to be very comfortable. It did take a bit of driving to get in and out of Bordeaux city, and there was always traffic during commuting hours. The property is very rustic and charming...
