"Really nice resort. We stayed in a pool view swim out room. The property and room were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was very good - even the buffets had good fresh options available. The drinks were good overall and not watered down. Coffee was excellent, one of the highlights. This side of the Serenade resort is pretty new. We stayed 2 nights on the family side due to a change in travel plans, and there really is no comparison between the two. Everything about the adults only side is much better, including the food. Housekeeping was daily and they did a fantastic job. Get your restaurant reservations early, they fill up fast. Be aware they do sell timeshares so this is a sales pitch you might get. One other small note and suggestion for the property management - we were on the ground floor and anytime our upstairs neighbors slid a chair across the floor it was really loud. So loud I kindly informed them to avoid this late at night. Felt pads at the bottom of the chair feet could solve this. These are concrete buildings and so the floors aren’t soft. Overall great stay and highly recommend. "

The customer service team, entertainers, restaurant staff, pool service, cleaning staff, and everyone at the resort in general were excellent. "The staff are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing especially if you book the restaurants, I booked the steakhouse (The Cut) and the Mediterranean restaurant (Bellum) both so flavourful, even the buffet is good, I normally get veggies and their steak, nachos at lunch with their salsas and sauces, the nacho chips are so good. The desserts are great too not super sweet, everything was very easy for me. Make sure u hav travel insurance in case of emergencies. Drinks are great too. Did the deep tissue massage, it hurt so good and so relaxing, def would come here again, my first solo trip was amazing!!"

"The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. "
