"The accommodation location was great, we were close to transport and the venue we were going to.I was concerned about the number of broken things, like the curtains, the bed frame and the cleanliness of the linen, otherwise it was a good space."

"The location is very nice, it is inconvenient that there is no way in or out except through the garage (or if there is, its not apparent). Very nice to have a coffee supply and dishwasher/laundry detergent already on hand! Definitely enjoyed the space, although there was a broken chair when we arrived and what looked like mold on the counter edge? Overall good value, just a few things that need to be fixed/cleaned up. "

"If you opened up the door and repaired the back deck would be more beneficial for the use of tenants, more privacy than front deck."

"Had a couple of queries, but was quickly answered. Bit of traffic noise, but very close to bus and train and Aldi. No noise from other apartments. Very comfy beds, plenty of room. Cooking facilities. "

"The apartment was equipped with all the basics needed for a week long stay. Location suited us well for proximity to family, cafes and local IGA for supplies. Wifi worked well. Safe, clean and off street parking was definitely a bonus. Communication excellent. There were some lift works during the latter part of our stay, minor inconvenience only, would have been helpful to have notice of these. "

"This was the perfect stay to accommodate two families, with it's dual living layout. There was something for everyone, a study room for those who are on a working trip, games to entertain the teens, toys & a yard for the little ones, not to mention a lovely bbq area. This place provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place!! you won't be disappointed "

"A good spot to spend time with family. Loved being close to Birkenhead Point and the Bay run. Lots of public transport options.A bit disappointed there was painting being carried out right outside with no communication that it was happening."
