"I arrived at 4pm to find an untidy looking residential property with no outer signage indicating it was a “hotel”. I pushed the door open and walked thru to the lounge and spoke to an Asian lady who told me in very poor English that my booking had been canceled as I had not “called to confirm”, despite this not being a requirement of booking. She said a refund would have been issued but on checking my account no refund had been received. I had to contact Wotif to begin the refund process, which...
