"The most picture perfect little cottage! Marion is such a lovely and helpful host who knows the area very well and the little cottage is located within a 10 minute walking distance of the town centre. A 10/10 holiday experience; can't wait to visit again! :)"

"We had everything we needed, but the entrance to the apartment was uninviting. There was a mop and bucket drying at our door. The gardens were unattended and there was bird poos and weathered furniture in the entrance. Something that could easily be fixed."

"Staff were very friendly and not arrogant at all. Very down to earth which we enjoyed and felt very welcome. Room was very big and not felt crowded. Shower was a double in a renovated modern bathroom. There were tables and chairs on the balcony up stairs that we could sit and watch the world go by. Meals were a good size and delicious. Car parking at rear too. Tables and chairs with an umbrella outdoor seating were popular. In the heart of the Daylesford township making it an easy access to all the shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Highly recommend."

"The house is well appointed and it is obvious that it is a family home, it's not just a rental property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay (except a washing machine). A wonderful location, within walking distance to the lake and the high street."

"We had a lovely short stay at Amanda. The house was presented beautifully and was spacious and clean. Short walk to the main shopping strip, supermarkets etc."
Tara Cottage - pet friendly

"Lovely cottage with fabulous view. Kitchen had everything I needed. Fabulous bathroom with step in shower and bath. Off the main road.For travellers passing through, not any freezing capacity for your freezer packs, which seems pretty common these days. Also note street parking if like me you've got an older dog with a big logistics load to carry in . Not too far to carry though."
