"We (2 families of 5) stayed at the property for 4 days. The house perfectly suited our families with young children with lots of farm animals around and plenty of space for the kids to have fun. The house is located on a picturesqe spot looking back at the Blue Mountains. The house was clean and well maintained. "

"Over charged from the start eventually refundedMess from previous occupants dirty stove etc pool not working spa out of service after being told pool area was completely usable and functional. Hard to get hold of, lots of back and forth very frustrating.Ended up cancelling remaining stay, property not as advertised.Managers of property agreed to refund the majority of money paid due to the numerous disappointments.Ruined the trip won't be back "

The cottage had everything we needed and more, was beautifully decorated and had a fabulous garden. The kids loved feeding the horses and having a riding lesson with Susanna. The surrounding area is also stunning. Can’t recommend enough. "
