I was also offered a late checkout and she even contacted me in my room about 40 mins after arrival to ensure everything was OK. First class service. Was also pleasantly surprised by the size and space in the gym. The pool was also excellent. Might make this my regular city break place to stay when coming to Melbourne for work & events from Regional Victoria."

"Great location close to train station, dining, shopping and casino. Staff very friendly and easy check in process. Parking onsite but quite tight for bigger cars. Room nice, clean and quiet. Have stayed here a few times now and would again. Onsite restaurant is great also with a good value breakfast. "

"Our stay was really nice but a few things were disappointing. We upgraded our room to deluxe but it felt really small. The pool was closed which was disappointing. There were many positives to our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary which was very kind. We were overcharged for cocktails during happy hour but staff assured us we would receive a refund for that. Overall I really nice stay with wonderful staff "
