"The other house was a great base for us on our London leg of our journey. Loved all the uniqueness of this place. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were a great way to escape the bustle of London. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Only comment for consideration was that our room felt a tad cramped, so perhaps a little less furniture."

"A really wonderful stay for one night after travelling. We were travel weary and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little old fashioned and the bath took a long while to run, however the shower was powerful and hot which was excellent. Toiletries were very good; showers cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body milk and body lotion. Tea and coffee, milk and kettle provided. On the downside, I sent two messages several days before arrival asking if we could leave our luggage before arriving several hours before check in time but did not receive a response. Check in and check out were online and that personal touch was lost, however it does make the process more efficient would imagine. We did check in early but room wasn’t ready (as expected) and we left our luggage so we could go and enjoy our day. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. When we did come back to collect the key we weren’t advised about hotel facilities or breakfast options which was a shame. We had a croissant and coffee in the coffee shop the morning of departure but it seems a breakfast was available at a good price in The Green Stag on the premises. Location was excellent. Nearer to High Street Kensington than we thought on the map. Lovely area. We would definitely stay again. "
