"The bathroom showers had mold and hair in them. The parking lot was full and is separate from the hotel. The staff was not friendly. The pool is not on site. The deposit is very high for the quality of the hotel. My room did not have a full length mirror and the mirror above the sink was so high I couldn’t even use it to do my makeup."

"The property you look like it was just recently renovated. The sink was kind of low and I’m a short person, but overall the sheets were clean in the room was clean."

"I came to San Francisco for 3-days. I prefer hotels with character and history and the hotel met my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and charming. The bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast was filling. Kenny the evening bartender was personable. We walked our way around the city and returned every night exhausted so didn’t spend a lot of time on-site. Highly recommend."
