"Overall the cabin was OK. It was opposite the camp kitchen. The noise from this area was dreadful on both nights. People partying until after 2.30an. They were asked to move several times. I suggest the lights should be turned off at 11pm. Never again."

"Well worth the stay. Great location to food, supermarkets, train station, foreshore and walking trails. Staff were professional and efficient. It was a bit of a climb to my room on the 3rd floor but it gave me a look at the beautiful old building. "

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here due to the proximity of our destination. Generally I was happy with the room, with clean bedding and towels etc. I was especially pleased that the pool and area had been cleaned up and I was able to have a swim. However the property needs some TLC which I am told is planned. Some small things would have made the stay better such as a box of tissues. A microwave was supplied but no bowls, plates or spoons for breakfast or cups of tea. Wooden knives and forks don't "cut it"! More hooks etc for towels and clothes in bathroom would have been handy. I look forward to another visit with some of these amenities supplied. "

"Hotel was excellant-only dropped one star as their was only one staff member at reception that greated us each time we walked through-the others kept their heads down. A simple 'welcome back' or 'hi' would have earned top marks."
