"The staff were great as is the case in most of Bali. Hot Springs were just the best. Rooms were clean and comfy bed, but no air con, which wasnt a problem for us. Only other negative was no hot water in shower but if you spend 3 hours in the hot springs like me, who needs a shower."

What we did not appreciate: facility is a 2 star according to western standards (however it’s the best in the area.), cleanilies is ok (there’s a stain on the sheet). We booked a car with front desk - they showed us the hotel car and told us it will be this car, but the second day it was a much worse (very old and uncomfy) car that showed up, they said the hotel car was not available, what a bait and switch! "

Candi Dasa in an area of Bali that is still removed from much of the western commercialisation overtaking the south and west so if you are looking for shopping malls and brand name knock offs, and western style coffee shops, pizza and hamburgers then this is not your destination and the reason we still love Candi Dasa. Apart from that the place was private, welcoming, beautiful and safe to roam around at anytime, early hours in the morning or late at night. Great staff and fresh lovely choice of food.
Beautiful for relaxing, sunrise and sunset, also lots of beautiful places to visit a short taxi ride away from resort. Hotel have good taxi driver at short notice, anytime, i recommend Deya has a good driver, he will show you the local area.
