Amazing resort to rest properly! Super cosy and luxury.. Beautiful infinity pool! Spent the 1st night of our honeymoon there on the way to the Gili and definitely recommend for a couple of relaxing days!! Not far from Padangbai for the ferry connection.

This resort is what dreams are made of. Our private villa and the view was absolutely stunning! The service was excellent and we felt taken care of the whole time. The restaurant offers some delicious organic options. We also had a floating breakfast in the private pool which was delicious !

Ett himmelrike

Redan vid ankomsten sattes tonen för vistelsen. Platschefen välkomnade med värme och engagemang. Boendet är oklanderligt - otroligt snyggt, rent och välhållet. Känsla av att befinna sig mitt i lyxens lyx. Jag reste solo och kände mig otroligt väl omhändertagen. Personalen var proffsig - de kunde läsa av situationen (att ”enbart” vara till tjänst när det önskades och engagerade och personliga när det var lämpligt) De pyntade och fixade inför måltiderna och tillförde ytterligare till känslan av omtanke. Massagebehandling i utomhusmiljö och i stillhet var underbart. Tog flera 😊 Städ, trädgården, service, massage, kock - All personal var otrolig 🤩 Att gå ner till vattnet var en upplevelse. Stranden är en stenstrand. ALLA stenar var runda och släta som ägg och i alla storlekar. Fascinerande. Detta gjorde dock att det inte går att ”ta en promenad längs stranden”, men det gjorde ingenting. Att bara sitta med fötterna på de runda stenarna o titta ut över havet var magiskt. Skulle inte heller rekommendera att bada i havet - svårt att ta sig i och ut och kändes riskfyllt. De runda stenarna flyttade på sig i de starka vågorna. Det gjorde dock inget. Den fantastiska infinitypoolen var gudomlig liksom utsikten därifrån. Jag ville absolut inte lämna. Jag kommer ABSOLUT komma tillbaka ♥️

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Auf unserer knapp 3 wöchigen Bali-Rundreise war dieses Hotel der absolute Höhepunkt. Direkt an der Steilküste gelegen, mit Blick auf den Ozean. Leider konnten wir die Unterkunft nur 2 Nächte genießen. Wir hatten die OceanVilla 1, mit grandiosem Pool, absoluter Ruhe, durchdachter und geschmackvoller Einrichtung und einemTop Service. Das Essen war lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Im Wellnessbereich erhielt meine Frau eine Kundalini Back Massage und war des Lobes voll. Nochmals Dank an all die guten Servicegeister vor und hinter den Kulissen. Sollte uns unser Weg nochmals nach Bali führen, werden wir auf jeden Fall dieses kleine Paradies erneut aufsuchen.

This villa where we had stayed there has great spot for us to relaxing our moments time together without any interruptions. Their staffs were so awesome and very professional services to us everyday with great smiles! A prefect spot for any honeymooners !! WOW AMAZING!

We spent four nights in the Sea Villa which was absolutely stunning. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the sound of the waves crashing was amazing to fall asleep and wake to. The staff were absolutely fantastic with that genuine Bali friendliness and huge smiles (thank you for my birthday cake and the fresh Aloe vera for our sunburn). We will definitely return as it's one of the best places we've stayed at in Bali. A great place to just chillout and relax.

We love the privacy the villa offers and the attentiveness of the friendly staff. Breakfast is sumptuous and so are the dinner sets. We chose Shunyata for its private pool and the view it offers in the sea villa. We are glad it was an excellent choice. It wiuld be more fun if we can cook in the villa but that's still alright because they serve great food.

最高のヴィラでした！とにかく部屋からの景色が素晴らしく、海を眺めながらのんびりすることができます。個人的に良いサービスだなと思ったのが、部屋の掃除の時間を毎日こちらの希望に合わせてくれることです。いつ部屋の掃除入るんだろう・・と思う必要がないのが良かったです。 あとお香やキャンドル、ウタマスパイスのボディバターや虫よけスプレーがあるなど女性目線の嬉しいサービスもありました。（あとシャンプーとコンディショナーがすごい髪にあっててさらさらになった。どこのシャンプーだったのか知りたいくらい良かった・・） 難点をあげるならば、やっぱり空港から遠いこと（車で約2時間半）と周りに観光地やスーパーなどないことですかね・・。でもホテルでのんびり静かに過ごしたい人にはめちゃくちゃおすすめです！また行きたい！！

Beautiful, calm and healing, must visit

My sister and I stayed at one of the Ocean Villas a few weeks back. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more, the staff are so kind and friendly, the service is of the highest quality and the resort is just beautiful. The swimming pools were purified without the need of Chroline which was a huge plus for me personally and the 35m pool was just the icing on the cake. The management team was very accommodating to literally every need we had. The resort is in a quiet area and fairly remote which is nice but to visit nearby places be sure to have a car or scooter (the hotel offers a taxi service but I personally thought it was a bit overpriced relative to the rest of Bali). The hotel beach itself is not suited for swimming but there's a lot of beautiful nearby beaches such as Virgin Beach. The food was very refined, specifically, breakfast was very varied and delicious and we got to choose from a wide list of options. We also got to choose to have our food at the restaurant or at the villa for no extra charge (I recommend breakfast at the restaurant just for the view, unless you're in the Sea Villa which has breathtaking views!) This is a place I will definitely come back to with the rest of my family one day.

Alt var bare perfekt - værelse, pool, udsigt, mad, service ... Vi nød vores ophold rigtig meget, og vi ville helt sikkert vælge denne fantastiske sted for en anden gang, hvis vi skal besøge Bali igen. Det er bare perfekt sted for at slappe af. Plus maden på restaurant var enormt lækkert :) måske er dette sted ikke så velegnet, til dem der vil gerne feste og være tæt på byen, men hvis du ønsker at være et sted, hvor der ikke er propfyld med turrister - så er det her du skal være.

Quand nous sommes arrivé, nous avons été ébloui par tout ce que nous avons pu voir, que cela soit de la chambre à l'hôtel de manière général. Il correspond à tout les critères qu'attend un client : propreté, repas, disponibilité du personnel auprès des clients et le cadre est à couper le souffle. Tout le personnel est adorable. Je recommande cette hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaiteraient séjourné à Karengasem. Idéal pour ce reposer et se ressourcer.

Et besøg værd, men begrænset og dyrt madudvalg.

Dette sted er helt fantastisk i sig selv. Villaerne, poolen, udsigten og restauranten er helt i top. Dog er stedet LANGT fra andre hoteller eller noget der ligner en by. Dermed er der heller ikke alternativer til spisning. Stedet laver lækkert sundt mad, men prisen for måltiderne er ca. 3 gange så meget som på resten af Bali. Og der tages penge for alt. Vi købte “full-board”, dvs. Frokost og aftensmad, og på trods heraf blev opkrævet ekstra, da min kæreste bad om en skrive brød til en suppe til frokost. Stedet er virkelig helt fantastisk, men vores oplevelse bærer lidt præg af, at vi syntes ejerne tager sig rigtig godt betalt for alt spisning og drikke, hvilket er så overpriser at der næsten er grinagtigt. Og så overdådigt syntes maden ikke at være. Aftensmaden er lækker, men frokosten er 100 % vegetar. Vi kan sagtens anbefale stedet hvis man ønsker et sted lidt væk fra civilisationen, og ønsker et romantisk setup. Men man skal nok nøjes med et par nætter, og blot være forberedt på, at det koster lidt ekstra i mad-udgifter. Kan man leve med det, så er det et besøg værd.

One of the most incredible experiences

This resort is out in the middle of nowhere but well worth the drive. The villas are on a 50-foot hill overlooking the ocean. There are only 5 villas in the entire property. An absolutely amazing experience. This area of the island is relatively poor. If you exit out of the hotel grounds and get a chance to meet some of the locals you find they are amazing humble people. They are also so very happy. My career is in finance and this experience helped remind me of what is important in life (family, relationship, community, giving to others ...) The area is 100% safe. I certainly felt as safe if not safer walking the trails and sidewalks than in the city or tourist locations. Less than 50 yards from the hotel there is a small school which from 2 pm to 4 pm every Monday through Thursday teaches about 60 local children English for free. Friday the local girls learn Balanises dance. The school is always looking for English speakers to help. Volunteering at the school was a highlight of our trip to Bali. If you get a chance, try to have dinner at They Lemonds (about 1.5 km from the property at the top of the hill.) You can walk from the hotel hower it is a bit of a hike. The chief is Karduik (sp?). Try to give him a days notice before going and he will purchase at market fresh fish for the dinner. For less than 20USD (plus a 15USD tip) my wife and I had a meal that was out of this world.
