Very clean and comfortable new facilities - just be aware that it's a part of university halls and that there will be students sharing the space and checking you in ! Super convenient to attend a wedding at UWA

Stayed for 6 nights, great space, compact and simple. Great views, quiet, good air-conditioning. Limited cable TV channels, mini-fridge with some complimentary items. Tea and Coffee in room. Restaurant downstairs or there is a limited room service menu. Restaurant staff were exceptional - so friendly. Located close to both the free bus service (red and green cat) and close to the local bus lines, so easy to get all over. Possible to walk into the city if the weather is tolerable.

Intercontinental never disappoints. Perth hotel is lovely. Staff quick & efficient & super friendly. Room was spotless & bed perfect. Super comfy. Not a fan of feather/down pillows but that’s a personal preference. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the barista coffee the best we had our whole trip. Highly recommend.

This is a smart and cool option at the foot of Kings Park. The hotel is styled really well, the reception staff are gracious and accommodating, and the hotel is one of the very few in the area that offers free parking. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I loved my stay here and will make this my base for my future Perth travels.
