"Not fancy, but our favorite place to stay on Cozumel. It is out of town, so nice and quiet. Very good snorkeling, and pier to meet dive boats. Staff are excellent. Food is good but typical for resorts, with somewhat limited variety. Inexplicably, ice cream is not available at the coffee bar until after 1:00!! It is right there in the cooler, but they wouldn't serve it to us. Hopefully that will change, but even if not, we plan to return."

"Every experience has been special and delightful. Everyone ,from employees to other guests, you encounter has a smile and hello. The rooms are comfy and kept regular clean. The beach is beautifully crystal clear and also kept clean. Food and drinks are great and always served with a smile. All services are excellent and the grounds kept clean and beautiful. It’s calm, peaceful and beautiful what more could you want if you’re looking to relax. "

"We had an incredible stay at Iberostar Waves Cozumel. My husband, our 2.5-year-old son, and I enjoyed every moment. From arranging a nanny to getting back into scuba diving after almost three years, everything was handled so smoothly. Babysitting: We were genuinely impressed with the babysitting crew. Isabella (front desk manager) was like the sweetest auntie to our son—warm, attentive, and always there when we needed help. Alexia (kitchen chief assistant) went above and beyond to entertain him and make sure our picky eater was happy. And Michele was so friendly and caring. They all made us feel completely at ease and added so much comfort to our trip. Food: The food was simply amazing. The variety was mind-blowing, everything cooked perfectly, and we loved having the main restaurant plus three specialty restaurants. We never had a meal that wasn’t great. Room: Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. It was on the smaller side for a family of three, and the beds could be a bit softer, but overall it met our needs and we slept well. Diving: The dive crew was awesome! Each dive master had their own personality, but Veronica was definitely our favorite. She was everything you’d hope for—knowledgeable, confident, charismatic, and so lively and open. She made every dive memorable. The dive shop team organized everything well overall, though I do wish the boats were grouped so divers with similar experience levels stayed together and could keep the same dive master thro"
