New! Oasis w/Amazing Backyard, Firepit, BBQ & Games, close to techs
4/10 Poor
"We booked this property with our 3 adult children for the holiday. It was spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and the beds were very comfortable. However, there were several issues that would keep us from booking again. We battled ants throughout the week. The kitchen was small and lacked essential items like drinking glasses (only one), extra linens (just one), pitchers, and had a rusty blender. The refrigerator/freezer had problems, including off-track freezer drawers and a very slow ice maker. The range hood was stuck, making the vent/light ineffective. The washing machine had mold on the gasket, and the TV screen was dirty with handprints. The grill, though new, lacked utensils. There was no broom or vacuum, making it hard to clean up crumbs (which made the ants worse). Electrical breakers tripped multiple times with normal usage. The backyard was overgrown, and the firepit was rusty with only five spider-web-covered plastic chairs. Suggestions for improvement:1. Hire an exterminator for ants.2. Invest in kitchen essentials (glasses, pitchers, blender, linens, etc.).3. Provide grilling utensils.4. Replace lawn furniture around the firepit.5. Repair refrigerator/freezer and range hood.6. Have an electrician balance the circuits."
