"The house itself & the location were lovely. The communication was terrible especially when told to get in touch with any issues & got no response. Firstly I had asked if possible for early checkin & was told I would get a txt on morning of booking with information if we could get early checkin, that txt never came. Sent a txt message & video on the Thursday about unclean equipment, we had to clean the sandwich maker prior to use as it was filthy, brought all the ingredients to use the pizza...

"Bluebell is a lovely property that is ideal for 3 couples or 3 singles. Very clean and short walk to Bowral town centre. Amenities were of a high standard and if you don't want to eat out all the time can cook yourself a BBQ or in the well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay again."

"Good things: excellent comfortable beds, nice electric blankets, great kitchen, excellent gas heater, quiet neighbourhood, nice bathrooms Areas of improvement: second day there, none of the kitchen down lights worked, weren't fixed until next day, of which only three of the seven worked.
