"Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Room comfortable and clean. Did not like the “policy” of not servicing the room more than every 3 days - I was told “no exceptions”. For almost two hundred dollars per night…..it needed to be done daily. I had to hunt down clean towels everyday."

"I loved the room and found it to be clean. My problem was with the shower. I let the front desk know that when I pulled up on the faucet lever for the water to go into the shower head, it would only get less than half of the water that was coming out of the faucet up into the shower, the rest of the strong water flow kept coming out of the faucet and also it didn’t drain so I was standing in three inches of water the whole shower. They said they’d fix it and even texted while I was out for permission to enter the room as I had forgotten the “do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door when I went out. The next morning the shower was doing the exact same thing. Room service had come in but I guess not maintenance, or if they did they didn’t fix the issue. I was able to shower ok with the small amount of water that came out but it wasn’t great. The parking lot, where my bedroom window faced, was noisy but not really a problem for me. The bed was super comfortable! My disappointment was the shower. I really hated it."

"No closet door in my room. The breakfast was poorly cooked. The bagels were so stale they could not be cut with a knife to be out in the toaster. The pancake was not prepared properly. It was so thick it could not be poured into a cup to be poured into the griddle. The coffee lids were the wrong size for the cups. The breakfast could not be eaten. Most of the Front desk needs training except for the man named Jon who was excellent and courteous and had a sincere, professional yet friendly personality. He was the only employee is was excellent. 4 other employees need to improve at best they were a 4 out of 10. Jon was a 10 out of 10"

Also a huge plus that it was truly pet-friendly — our Aussiedoodle settled in right away.Fouad was a great host — very communicative, responsive, and just easy to work with the whole time. Anytime we had a question, he was on it.No issues at all over the entire stay, which says a lot for 45 nights. Overall, we’re really grateful and would definitely recommend it."
