"Check in was fine. Didn't catch the additional parking fee on the website. Staff was helpful in navigating that all. We stayed in room 156 and the internet could not support streaming. The front desk offered us the pw for the conference ctr which we appreciated. Ordered bf via the website for $20/day, did not realize that most items on the bf menu were $10-16 so lost some $ there. Customer service was slow on Saturday but Sunday was ok. The food, was not that great. Ordered avocado toast that basically was guacamole spread on bread w/some arugula topping. Husband ordered basically eggs/bacon on pizza crust. There are plenty of nearby places to get bf so I would pass. The area is nice. Enjoyed the parks with our dog. I could feel the springs in the bed so there's that. Baseboards were dirty. We always bring Clorox wipes and do a clean before settling in. Average stay overall."

"I loved the room and found it to be clean. My problem was with the shower. I let the front desk know that when I pulled up on the faucet lever for the water to go into the shower head, it would only get less than half of the water that was coming out of the faucet up into the shower, the rest of the strong water flow kept coming out of the faucet and also it didn’t drain so I was standing in three inches of water the whole shower. They said they’d fix it and even texted while I was out for permission to enter the room as I had forgotten the “do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door when I went out. The next morning the shower was doing the exact same thing. Room service had come in but I guess not maintenance, or if they did they didn’t fix the issue. I was able to shower ok with the small amount of water that came out but it wasn’t great. The parking lot, where my bedroom window faced, was noisy but not really a problem for me. The bed was super comfortable! My disappointment was the shower. I really hated it."

"What a beautiful and cozy spot! We had a wonderful time staying here, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a retreat in Orange County. For any birders, there were so many beautiful species to observe from the deck - a perfect way to spend the morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"No closet door in my room. The breakfast was poorly cooked. The bagels were so stale they could not be cut with a knife to be out in the toaster. The pancake was not prepared properly. It was so thick it could not be poured into a cup to be poured into the griddle. The coffee lids were the wrong size for the cups. The breakfast could not be eaten. Most of the Front desk needs training except for the man named Jon who was excellent and courteous and had a sincere, professional yet friendly personality. He was the only employee is was excellent. 4 other employees need to improve at best they were a 4 out of 10. Jon was a 10 out of 10"

"We loved our stay! The host was very helpful and prompt with correspondence. The home was spacious and the kids loved having their own TV in their rooms! The house was generously supplied with the basics. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach, activities. It was very clean as well! We would definitely stay here again."

"No hot water for 2 days. No cross ventilation, lack of windows that open. Tight bedroom. Not very comfortable living room. Dirty entryway. Nice surrounding community. Gated community, but no good instructions on how to get through. Price was very affordable, but due to other issues we will not stay there again."
